Our vision is to develop good personalities. We want students to learn Islamic education alongside modern subjects, shaping them into morally upright individuals.
Students should become role models and leaders for social change.
Mission
We aim to offer more than just an academic understanding of Islam. Our goal is to provide an ‘insider’s view’ of Islam, letting students experience it as a living way of life and a system of belief.
Students will study academic theories and engage with scholarly debates to understand their impact on Islam’s future.
We strive to merge education and spirituality, combining classical and modern teachings, and blending academic knowledge with practical application.
STUDENTS ASSOCIATION
The college witnessed the formation of a students' union, fostering a platform for student representation and engagement. The students elected a President, Secretary and Treasurer. The union was named “BUROOJ” which means Constellation.

FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Faculty Development Program for teachers is conducted by Moulvi Siddiqui Madani Sahab on a quarterly basis. These sessions are focused on enhancing teaching methodologies and fostering professional development among educators.
COLLEGE INAUGURATION
The official inauguration of Hidhaaya Islamic College for Girls took place on July 3, 2023, marking a significant milestone in the institution's journey. The event was graced by the esteemed Chief Guest, Mrs. Fathima Muzaffar, Councilor of Ward 6, Greater Chennai Corporation, Chennai. Adding to the grandeur of the occasion, the Guests of Honor included Dr. Nayeemur Rahman (Vice Chairman, Tamil Nadu State Urdu Academy), Rev. Sukanya Baynes Prabhu (Correspondent of Baynes Memorial School), Dr. Ayisha (Founder of Hidhaaya Islamic College), and Mr. I. Jalaluddin (Vice President, JIH Tamil Nadu). Their presence and inspiring words highlighted the importance of education and the bright future ahead for the students of Hidhaaya Islamic College for Girls.
